All plans include the same features. They differ only in scale: Starter supports 3 branches / 10 users / 2,000 products, Business 8 branches / 25 users / 10,000 products, and Enterprise 20 branches / 50 users / 50,000 products. You can upgrade at any time as your business grows.
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
For your online store, plug in your own Safaricom Daraja credentials and customers receive an STK Push prompt instantly when they check out — orders auto-confirm on the Daraja callback. If you prefer not to integrate Daraja, you can leave it off and customers will see manual "send to PayBill/Till" instructions which you confirm by reference number.
Yes — both. For Buy Goods you provide the Agent Number (head office) and Store Number (the till that actually receives payment). ZoeElan selects the correct Daraja transaction type automatically, so prompts go through first time.
Yes. Configure flat-rate delivery zones (e.g. CBD, Westlands, Karen) in Settings, plus an optional free Pickup-from-shop option. You can also add a flat handling fee that applies to every order. Customers pick their zone at checkout and the M-Pesa amount updates accordingly.
Yes. Enable product variants in Settings → General, and each product can have multiple variants — each with its own SKU, barcode, price, and stock per warehouse. Variants show separately on the POS and stock reports.

Two options: (1) Use the free in-app Setup Wizard which walks you through business info, categories, products, customers, and your first sale step-by-step. (2) Opt in to our KES 10,000 setup support package and our team will import your data, configure branches/users, and run a 1-on-1 training session. The wizard is included in every plan; the setup package is entirely optional.
